Our team organized Rafed's 2025 Annual Gala with a methodology focused on highlighting the year's achievements and strengthening communication between teams and partners. A balanced program was developed, combining formal segments showcasing results and projects with interactive sessions that encouraged dialogue and relationship building. We ensured a seamless experience for attendees from the moment they arrived, through seating arrangements, venue setup, and presentation equipment, to the event's conclusion. This included meticulous coordination with speakers and suppliers, and precise timing of each segment. With this attention to detail, the gala was a warm and professional affair, reflecting Rafed's identity and its appreciation for its team and partners.
